Instead of all realisms I think it would be more distinguised and organized to run a monthly schedule that we can plan ahead to participate in each realism. Here is my rough draft for a scedule all times can be flexible as well as what map. I feel this way we limit the number of pubbers, give everyone a fair chance to get points and we will even get enlistments this way....Limit it to 1 or 2 realisms a night like this to keep it balanced. Let me know so we can get things going.

Mongler and I will discuss these times. See how balanced we all are and we'll get right back to you.

I like the initiative!

My personal take on it, is it looks like you basically scheduled it for every day. So instead of worrying about where it is, let's decide on a when it is. For the last month, both our units have been really good about keeping both servers active and populated by playing on each others server, and we really appreciate that.

So I dont think we need to worry about which server it's on which night. It's one more calendar in my life I don't want to have to look at haha.

I like the idea of making it one a night is awesome though. If we came up with a solid time that most people can make it regularly, that would be great. Starting it sometime between 10 and 11 works great for most people, and that can be a little flexible.

And I think if we start doing this regularly, we're going to need a public AAR section specifically for these forums. Because there's going to be a lot of them (I hope). But that way everyone can see it.

I don't want people to think they HAVE to be here every night to be a part of this. But the system is being designed to help keep active and add a little excitement to the Realism community.

If we make this too complicated it's not going to work and just cause a new headache. If we make it too simple, it's not going add any excitement to the whole idea.

So I think you guys are all doing a great job narrowing it down.

I think we should aim to officially kick this off the first week of March. So that give all you guys about 2 weeks to do a few dry runs and narrow out some kinks, and we can still refine as we go.

Well the calender is to reference the aar's against. Also members know when and what server to be on. Without a gameplan its kind of easy to just make your own score up with an aar which im sure people would do. But we have a couple of weeks to figure it out.

No i don't think ppl will make up there won score. its like a realism. there is console and ppl in speck, ppl know who killed them and who they killed.
Yea its possible and im sure sometimes there may be confusion but i have never seen ppl cheep on setups or attacks, we call DQ on that so.

What im saying is we need a schedule so people have a chance to plan on the days they can attend. If we dont use that there would be to many realisms on the spot which people would miss ansd everyone deserves a shot at this.
